Recruiting Doctors and Patients

Being a doctor could be one of the best careers one can get. Doctor jobs not only get paid on average higher than most other workers but they also get the chance to possibly save people’s lives which is very fulfilling. Patients or those people suffering from lifelong medical conditions on the other hand have the disadvantage of not only living a life of pain but also probably of financial stress and strained relationships.

There are many ways where you can recruit a doctor based on their knowledge, influence and connections. Each person’s health condition is unique and doctors continually gain knowledge with each new patient they meet. Doctors are so influential they can change a patient’s lifestyle. Doctors also regularly coordinate with each other when a patient’s suffer from multiple complications.

You can ask medical publications and other media companies whether they need the services of a doctor who has vast knowledge of certain diseases. These jobs could be as a consultant, author, spokesperson, documentary speaker and so on. There are regular media productions about diseases especially ones that deal with very deadly and incurable diseases.

There is no end to these jobs. Take for example Cancer. It is very deadly and many forms of cancer are still incurable even up to this day. Many people develop cancer every year and there is considerable research being done to this disease. A doctor who specialises in cancer treatment can also earn by disseminating his knowledge of cancer to the public.

Why is this important? Doctors are very busy people. Many devote doctors devote many years of their life studying to be one and when they do become doctors spend long hours attending to their patients. They also have to continually study developments in their field. Doctors may also devote a lot of time trying to cure patients in critical conditions.

This means many doctors have little time to think about alternative ways of earning money from their skills and knowledge and may even need time management experts to free up their time. There are also patients whose medical maladies are so unique that it has value. The patient’s knowledge of their own disease can earn them some income.

For example I suffered non-stop coughing for several months and tried a lot of medicines. I also visited many doctors. All my doctors failed to cure my condition. They have a record of my condition but have no cure. My mother then introduced me to a plant who cured my non-stop coughing within days.

This knowledge could be a source of money for pharmaceutical companies and doctors. The doctors can earn money and improve their reputation by referring this to their clients. Pharmaceutical companies on the other hand can market a new medicine based from this plant. This earning possibility came from a patient not from the medical community.

Doctors and patients can earn too from Clinical Trials. Doctors have a vast record of clients together with their medical records. They may have patients who are willing to participate in clinical trials due to a number of reasons. This is the reason why doctors can help their patients more by informing them about clinical trials.

One reason could be because their patients are interested in earning money. Another reason could be because the patients are long-term sufferers of a medical malady and have not found a cure yet. They can be interested in testing out any cure even those still not fully tested just to be cured. Patients with terminal diseases are usually more interested in these.

Of course another thing you can recruit both doctors and patients with is by giving them endorsement jobs. Doctors are very influential and their trust rating is usually high which makes them ideal in endorsing sensitive products such as medicines. However they can also endorse personal care and cleaning products as these products are related to health as well.

Patients can also endorse medicines that cured them. The best endorsers are the ones which come with proofs. For example an obese patient can show the before and after results when proving that a slimming product is effective. Physical proofs are usually the best advertisements for medical products and especially effective for skin cure products.

You can also recruit doctors to fill empty clinics. There are many clinics that are partially used during the day because the doctors renting them have more lucrative practices in other clinics at other days or hours. There are many doctors who do not have their own clinic and would be interested in partially using these empty clinics. You can get paid by finding these doctors.

There are even doctors who have multiple clinics and sometimes they get stuck with too many patients in one of their clinic. You can recruit doctors especially those that are still finding a stable client base to take over their other clinics. There are actually doctors who recommend other nearby doctors when they are too busy. You can earn by becoming their finder.

Doctors do endorse other medical professionals. You can recruit doctors to recruit other medical professionals for you. There are many rural places for example that do not have medical services like clinics, doctors or even just nurses. There may be medical personnel that want to change jobs but do not advertise it. Your doctor contacts may know such people.

You can ask communities with no medical facilities or personnel like a doctor, dentist, nurse and so on if they want one. If they want one you can be their agent and recruit medical personnel in areas where there are many of them. You do not have to wait until a medical job vacancy is advertised to get earning opportunity.

Conclusion

There are earning opportunities to be had from doctors and their patients but you must be the one who must usually initiate this. Doctors are usually too busy treating patients and patients are also too busy trying to become free from their sickness. The earning opportunities are varied but one must always consider that the most important thing is to cure a person.
